Frequently Asked Questions
Modifying My Order
We will not modify orders after they are placed. Please make sure you review all the information including shipping address and quantity before submitting your order.
Canceling An Order
You can cancel an order with-in 12 hours of placing it. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all canceled orders.
Shipping
Orders generally ship in 2-5 business days for items that are currently in stock. Out of stock items can take longer. A representative will contact you to let you know an estimated shipping time frame in the event that an item you ordered is back ordered or unavailable at the time of purchase.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for items lost due to carrier. If an item becomes lost in transit or once it is “delivered”, please contact the carrier associated with the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Returns
We do not accept any returns.
Warranty
The Gravity Goniometer is warrantied against manufacture defect for 90 days from the date of purchase. In the event that there is a warrantable issue, please contact Customer Support.
